You will receive a four month preseason training block. Select from gym or bodyweight program which is modified every two weeks. You will get to play with a variety of training methods in this program, which can be individualised to suit your situation and circumstances.

Field programming THAT COVERS ALL BASES
This program is not just about getting as big and as strong as possible. As Rugby League players, we also have to be fast, powerful, and fit. The field programming will help you develop your dead stop multi-directional explosiveness, acceleration, max velocity and in-game conditioning.

How it Works
1. Secure your spot
I have a limited capacity to take on 50 online preseason players.
2. Fill out questionnaire
After signing up, you will receive along with your tutorial guide, a gym questionnaire. Fill this questionnaire out, answering all the relevant questions. Once submitted, I will set you up from my end.
3. Download app
Once I have set you up, you will receive an invite to the training app with all the essential log-in details via email. Keep an eye on all your mailboxes, including your junk and promotions folders.
4. Follow the program
The players who have the most success with this program are the ones who follow everything religiously and communicate with me regularly. If you fall off the wagon at some point just reach out to me so I can get you reset and refocused.

That's fine. You can quickly and easily go through the database of exercises in your training app and pick a suitable replacement exercise that works for you. Or you can ask me, and I'll suggest something for you.
No, I have designed the training so you can train when it suits you.
The training frequency will change as the focus of our training changes over the four months. Some weeks will be three days of gym and two field sessions, other weeks may be two gym sessions and three field sessions, again the structure and focus will change the closer we get to round one next year.
I've got you covered! I will advise you on what to do if something like that comes up in your weekly training notes. Your weekly training notes can be found at the top of your training days.
Yes, and it's killer! The bodyweight program also has field sessions, so don't worry.
Yes, no fancy equipment is necessary. You can also quickly and easily go through the database of exercises on your training app and pick a suitable replacement exercise that works for you. Or you can ask me, and I'll suggest something for you.
